Where is my payment card stored, and how can I change it?
idDeals does not store your payment card details. Your card details are held securely by one of our two payment processors - Stripe.com (memberships taken out in recent years), and Worldpay.com (older memberships)
idDeals can only view the last 4 digits of your card and your card expiry date. We cannot alter any of the details.
If you wish to change your payment details to update or add a different card, first click here to see if you are registered with Stripe. If so, you can logon and do this yourself.
If you cannot do this, this means you will be registered with Worldpay. Contact us with your details and we will advise what to do next.
